ui improvement and a game mode request

is it possible to put the ship hulls into there own folders ie. like the turrets and secondaries.
also would love to see an ingame free designer so you can design your ships to see how much they would cost out side of the academy or campaign.

I second the different classes of hulls being in different folders, if we ever get a sandbox battle mode this will be a must have.
