If i take over a ship as LOKI and get sunk will this count against me on the k/d ratio clan leader board as a loss ?

 No, Loki battle is not tied to your k/d ratio

Good.  Is  a (LOKI) PVP victory tied to your missions?  I never did get a definitive answer on that.
