Greetings Captain, There are two ways on chaning the name, the first one is to completly delete your character, the second one is to use Prolific Forger DLC. In case you change the name by deleting your current character, then you will lose experience progression and assets the character had before the deletion. In case you use the Prolific Forger DLC, you do not need to delete your character - the DLC also provides nation change option. Both nation and name change options can be also used in future (there are cooldowns on each use) 1
