@Thonys, this outpost could also be used for screening against Russians in the area (the time this still can be done). Sinking Russians is my utmost fun in this game, whatever other wars status. 

well......it's a option... dutch have to consider...but

it was done once ... to get some foreign  help in the past .

but it was a cover up to attack npc instead ....and it did not attack other enemy nations often .when it was needed.

perhaps a rule set has to be made up ....if a dutch npc is attacked in those waters, dutch are free to sink the traitor instead.!

I find it absolutely comical that the Dutch are now complaining about their traders being attacked. I have seen dutch raiders well withing British waters for the last few MONTHS. You think that maybe your traders being hit are in retribution to the countless number of traders that have been destroyed by dutch captains? I guess you missed that little perspective.
