Drache42 Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 I've been unable to play the new patch as every time I hit update, it works a little, then suddenly crashes completely. There appears to be no way around this, I've checked to ensure the launcher is excepted in my antivirus, have rebooted, etc.

Could you please clarify if you tried to run the launcher as Admin? In case the problem still there, please contact Xsolla team through this workaround: open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type: %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts\log There will be log files from the launcher (e.g. 28.10.19.txt), please copy the latest file and contact Xsolla support team via live chat option (help.xsolla.com) or email (support@xsolla.com), describe your issue and attach the log file.
