Hello

I have downloaded the launcher, and upon running it, I created an account to play the game. However, whenever I the password, I get a message box come up telling me "Incorrect CAPTCHA input". I have tried resetting the password several times to no avail. Each time I enter the password I am careful that my caps lock is switched off, etc, but I simply can't progress to the launcher page, much less actually download the game.

Could you please contact xsolla support team directly via live chat (help.xsolla.com) or email (support@xsolla.com) - that would be the fastest way to resolve issues related to launcher. 

They might require the log file, which you can find here:

  • open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type: %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts\log
  • There will be log files from the launcher (e.g. 18.10.19.txt)

I'm having the same issue. At first I was told that my password was wrong, so I went and successfully reset it. Now however I get the 'Incorrect CAPTCHA input.' instead.
I can't find the Ultimate Admiral: Dreadnoughts folder in Appdata either.

Edit: I reinstalled it into the default path and not onto my D drive, realized that the log files were in the actual game folders. So that shouldn't be an issue!

2nd Edit: The launcher suddenly let me log in after about 5 attempts! I have no idea why it worked this time, but it did!

Found the log, The Launcher works all the sudden

I asked xsolla for assistance on this issue but their help support said to ask the game help support for a solution as they only resolve payment issues and not issues with the launcher.

The workaround provided by Xsolla:

  • Click on "Forgot your password?" option
  • A window will appear with redirection to browser
  • GetBnNa.png
  • Please close the window by hitting on "X" and also close the recently created tab in browser. You do not need to change the password
  • After this please try to login in the launcher (using your current email and password), the Captcha will appear and the problem must be solved

Please let us know if the problem still there

Hey I am getting the some problem, and none of the fixes here are working.

No 'captcha' appears.

 

Edit: I can't play the game if this keeps happening. ;(

 

Edit 2: It randomly let me in after spamming the button for about half an hour. ;V

Hi I'm having the same issue after typing in e-mai and password a wrong Captcha message appears.The work around doesn't change anything

I have this same issue. Workaround isn't helping me either

EDIT: Now it's saying 'Login or Password is incorrect' as well sometimes.

EDIT 2: No idea how come but it works now. Sorry for the bother.

  • open Windows Command Prompt (press Windows + R), then type: %HOMEPATH%\AppData\Local\Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts\log
  • There will be log files from the launcher (e.g. 27.10.19.txt), please copy the latest file and contact Xsolla support team via live chat option (help.xsolla.com) or email (support@xsolla.com), describe your issue and attach the log file.

Well this is strange: when I use the start menu shortcut to open the game it works perfectly, but doesn't work when I use the desktop shortcut. Ah well, at least I can play now.
