Unable to access the Login Queue

As it says on the tin, I'm having difficulty accessing the servers, specifically the login queue. The screenshot attached is the image that greets me upon loading the game, with the most notable issue the "-ms" where it says "ping" on both PVP and PVE servers. The only recent change I can think of is moving into a grad school dorm and using the school's wifi, but I'm still able to browse the internet and access other multiplayer games. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Captain, could you please send connection test report via Naval Action launcher in Steam? (3rd option - "Report connection test").

Most likely the ports reqiuired for the game are blocked (7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600)

I've got steam updated to the latest version and the latest patch for Naval Action.

I just did one. The report number is NAS-1248286.

I just did one. The report number is NAS-1248286.

According to the report, the ports are blocked, please make sure that the game is not blocked by antivirus/firewall.

The list of required ports for the game:

7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600
