game crash

Hey! My game hangs after 5-10 seconds.
Have tried restarting my computer and internet but still happen the same. so what should i do? I've played the game for over 140h and never had this problem before.

Captain, could you please clarify if you experienced game crash to desktop or disconnect from the server window? You have sent a connection report that indicates you were experiencing packet losses that might be the reason of disconnect
