Green on Green

As per screenshot

CoRlene and WarChild joined on pirate side. They both have attacked my Santi. Both fired and I told them in chat that they are going to be reported which they are now.
CoRlene also is my personal fan by the look of it. Completely out of style though. Please deal with his trash attitude. Really makes no justice to the game.

This isn't relevant to the actual tribunal affair; INK will tell you to use the "Report" button in the right-click menu.

I think you didn't check the quoted portion.

The green-on-green is the concern. The "trash attitude" is not.

After investigation green on green damage is confirmed on both sides, thus all players mentioned in the case received a warning according to game rules.

Do not, under any circumstances, return fire or damage the offending players yourself. "Self Defense" may not excuse you from being found guilty of green on green damage.
