6pd Navy Guns - Are they actually in-game?

6pd Navy Guns 

Are they actually in-game?  I see that I can put a contract up for them but despite spamming for days to buy them at an extortionate 25k apiece, no-one has said anything.

In fact, no-one has ever seen one.

So is it a glitch or are people just not bothering to loot them when they see them?

If they are in-game, where? What's the best place to find them?

They must be invisible.
