I propose that we add turkish nation to game! NA is alternative history so why not have turkey? It could provide countless hours of quality gameplay to some of us 👍

Maybe an additional motivation for potential customers from this part of the world. From Conquerors Blade I can say that there is quite a large community of Turkish online players.
Where is the programming problem, where the problem for the game? And if anyone comes here with historical arguments, then he should think of Prussia, Poland and Russia, and of the fact that ships are sailing here that did not sail in this epoch. The whole setting is completely unhistorical, as is the whole pirate mechanic.

Poland, Russia, Prussia... to Disney Pirates, who gives a duck if they added more nations? It is already unrealistic. 

Turkey in game should of course be The Ottoman Empire, as modern Turkey was founded at 1923. And btw in this alternate history of Naval Action, Ottoman is much better selection than many existing nations.

Anyway I still would like to have less nations which are historicaly correct, ! real pirates ! and option of being privateers who are also free to choose any nation flag, be it turkish or uganda

I know, add the Vikings. That would put a twist on things, they could even have a moral boost to boarding but have a penalty in cannon accuracy.

It give two "Viking" nations allready in game Denmark-Norge and Sverige!
