lock battle in PVE

PVE server needs an option so you can lock/unlock battles for other nations to join, when attacking elites looking for notes there is always som idiot joining to steal your elite, its annoying as hell

Since a system usually is applied to both servers, perhaps modifying this to where the lock only applies to the attacker's side only. This way it would only be used on the war server when the attacker feels like he does not need assistance.
