Oblique Movement

[Challenge]

I haven't played for a few months and just launched into a new campaign. I seem to remember reading or seeing in a video that a key+Right mouse Click would make the infantry move while maintaining the starting facing. Moving on the oblique reduces the chance of taking a flank barrage.

I can't remember the key combo and haven't found it in guides, manuals and search has been no help. Have I confused a different game (it's not like I don't have a few)? Appreciate knowing what this is. Thanks in advance.

No key press necessary. Select a unit, right click nearby and then you'll get an indicator that will let you change the facing of the unit. As long as you select a location near enough to the units current location the unit will move to the new spot obliquely.
