Cargo removed from fleet ship hold

I loaded some cargo items, i.e. one passenger, one book and 2 upgrade items into my main ship in Santa Ana. Before leaving, I decided to shift these items to my fleet ship. They were shown in the fleet ship's cargo hold. I sorted my warehouse and those items were not shown in the warehouse. I left port. Upon arrival at Vera Cruz, the mission log showed that the passenger mission was completed (marked with a green tick). Yet, I could not deliver the passenger itself, because it was not on one of my ships. I searched and did not find the items in the hold anymore. Instead, I found them back in Santa Ana in the warehouse! Very strange bug. I posted F11 bug report. 

Would be great if this bug could be verified and fixed.
