Remote Right Click - Pan

I occasionally travel for work, as I was yesterday and I thought I'd remote in to my PC and run a few trade/cargo missions over the hotel wifi.  I've discovered that I can't right click and pan my mouse in the open world when I'm connected remotely.  I've observed this using Teamviewer, Remote Desktop, VNC, and even Google Remote Desktop.  I can however pan to change my camera in port, and right-click drag the mouse in the Open World map, but not when sitting in my ship on the seas.  Thinking there was an issue with my laptop, I used a colleague's laptop with the same result.  

Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution?  Seems a weird bug or maybe something intentional?

Had the exact same problem whenever I used Teamviewer. Used to sometimes check my long range trade remotely back in 2016-17. It's always been the same way.

Même problème en 2018 depuis Zagreb, Ljubljana et Bucarest. Wifi hôtel (d excellente qualité d'ailleurs).

Cloud gaming should most likely work, but its not up everywhere yet.

another solution could be SteamLink if you got one of those

Captains, remote play functionality was not tested, thus we cannot guarantee it is fully supported.

Подтверждаю, что правая кнопка не работает через Teamviewer  в открытом море.

Точнее не работает функция вращения камеры, правой кнопкой мыши можно делить груз в трюме и совершать любые другие действия. В порту эта функция активна.

Я понимаю, что данный вариант игры не тестировался и даже не предусматривался. Скорее всего и тестировать, дорабатываться не будет.

Есть ли какие-то предположения как мы своими силами можем решить данную проблему? Например переназначение действий и так далее.

I agree.  Simply binding some keys for camera movement would be helpful.

No Joy with Steamlink, but as an RD client it works amazingly well as I was logging in with my smartphone.
