Unable to change name.

Had forged papers.

Correct reedemable at sight and available to use in my "Rewards, gifts and DLC" folder.

Click on change name, open window, put new name, close window and all seems correct.

Receive message the new name will be after maintenance.

AFTER MAINTENANCE nothing happens and my name is same as usual. However all my friends in friends folder has gone.

Two days of futile attemts to change name. Nothing.

What's wrong?
