realisme in the game

Hey guys,
im new on this forum so don't judge if i mention something that is already plant to be ingame or suggested already.
but it would be cool if this game would have harbors to go to and trade stuff to get money to upgrade your ship and to buy supplies (like canonbals ect). this way the game becomes more realistic, so you have to think over every action you take, in a way you could make money or avoid losing money to 'survive'.
you could get stuff/money by entering/traiding goods with other ships for example.
as far as i know it's now possible to be part of a nation, but it would be awesome if you could start for yourself as a traidings company or as a pirate! in that case it would be nice if you could design your own flag.
also i was asking myself if the weather (comparing to the present state of the game) would be more extreme, so that in stroms the waves become enormous and the sky goes pitch black (just like at night ingame) with alot of clouds moving fast (and lightning and thunder would be cool as well). like this:

 

the day and night cycle should last like half a hour. this way you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and sunrise. like this:

Most of what you have mentioned is on the paper and will be in development soon.   Welcome aboard.

They have shown resistance to night battles if I remember correctly or at least the community has. I like the idea of a rare night battle but I don't like the idea of night and day in game but thats just me.
