How will we handle port capture if it is not in a remote location, in other words, it would be silly to think you could just sail in to Le Havre and capture it by sinking the defending fleet. There would be an army on shore that would be more than a match for the marines on board your ships. Most port attacks should probably be blockades that force some concessions from the defenders or cause loss of trade. Any thoughts on this problem?
