I Appear offline, Cant chat or be invited to groups

As the title describes, I randomly appear as offline, i can read chat and still go into battles and sail around, however i cannot type in chat, appear offline for friends and my clan, and unfortunately i cannot invite other players or be invited by other players, occasionally a relog will fix this for about 5 minutes.

Anyone experience this before and/or know of a fix?
