Alt Farming post-release

I wonder if banning/warning for alt farming is still a thing after changes to PVP rewards?
This was last monday

There is no pirates hanging out around El Rancho (beside myself and I havent seen any other rats in here) AND captain Jack von Hipper does no longer exists.

I suspect alt farming, pls check
