Gregory Rainsborough Posted May 29, 2019 Posted May 29, 2019 Okay, wipe is announced. We knew it was coming. Can we have some information as to what we will lose or at least, what we will not lose? It's easy to guess with some things such as ships, it's a given we're losing them. Book knowledge, ship slots, and other things are not so clear. Will we be able to move nation without the Forged Papers DLC after wipe? How will it all work is basically what I'm asking. I don't care for drama about past promises that may or may not be broken folks. I just want to know what my screen will look like on day one after wipe. Can the devs be explain as quickly as possible so that clans can start planning their futures? 8

If I think I can freely change nations after the wipe without forged papers and then I lose my book knowledge because I'm starting an entirely new character......That would be bad.

I want to know because it applies to moi Recreating a character only for me to be free to create it anyway would break my little cold heart.
DeRuyter Posted May 29, 2019 Posted May 29, 2019 I understood the release wipe to be everything but book knowledge. It is what triggered the recent forum "troubles" after all. I agree though it would be nice to have a final answer with details such as character recreation. There was at least one previous wipe where everything including characters was wiped.

The Comedian Posted May 29, 2019 Posted May 29, 2019 Yes let us know what we will be dealing with most of us have years invested in the game we just want to know where we will be starting post Release wipe if its zero fine let us know that and we can start making plans on starting from zero. If there are anything we can keep say book knowledge or ship slot knowledge let us know so we can use the last weeks of beta to grind those up and reward our selves for sticking the Beta out. while there will be some players who rage no matter what Admin decides most of us just want to know the starting place on the map we have begin from post release
Sir Texas Sir Posted May 30, 2019 Posted May 30, 2019 And they better do it right this time. Every thing except what they promise us should be wiped. CHARNAMES, CLANS, ETC......... Last wiped they did they didn't do this and it didn't make a very effecctive test cause many folks just stuck where they where instead of moving to regional servers. Also we have some very dead clans and players that are taking up names and clan tags that others could use. So a nice post of what to expect would be great a head of time and please make sure it's a true wipe and not just of all our mats/resource and levels. 1
