Where do I get a Money Chest?

I just did a mission to deliver a person and when I got there and clicked on "Deliver" it said the "Rewards would be sent to the Money Chest."  When I clicked "Confirm," it said, "Couldn't deliver, Item not found."

So where do I get this "Money Chest?"

It is confusing as hell because it works if you rightclick the cargo and say "deliver". Should be changed by devs tbh

It works if the cargo is in the hold of your main ship, it doesn’t work if it is in the hold of a fleet ship. Then it has to be moved to the warehouse.

What you describe, rediii,  is a bug of the past that was fixed already.

It means the cargo to deliver must be in the warehouse or on your active ship

it generally means that the person you were to carry is still waiting at the departure port... 😁

You took the mission and left the port without checking whether or not the person was on your board. He wasn't.

It happens when you take a mission and then change ships before sailing. 

You have to go back to the departure port, find the person who is whether in your warehouse or on another ship, make him embark on your active ship and sail again...

if you still have time left on the delivery, you don't need the mission to collect the rewards. Just deliver the item and right-click it to complete the delivery and receive your rewards.
