Rättvisan note can't be converted

I bought a Rättvisan note from Mortimer pirate den on PvE server this morning.

When trying to convert it, I get a message " Item is not a ship template"

F11 sent, unfortunately i did not catch the report number

Ingame name: same as here.

Edit: relog doesnt change anything, i'll try to ship it to an other port next.

Hello Ink,

I recognized a bug. I bought a Rättvisan Note out of the admiralty shop at Las Tortugas. When I was trying to redeem the ship Note it did not work at all. And I got the following

message "Gegenstand ist keine Schiffsvorlage" (German Version). Can You please fix this?
