racketyjack Posted April 26, 2019 Posted April 26, 2019 (edited) Cayo Biscayno now list coal and oak as items it produces. however, I am unable to place a mine or forest there to produce them; they are not listed in the build queue. Ink Posted April 26, 2019 Posted April 26, 2019 Captain, Cayo Biscayno is a free town on the pve server, thus the port is limited to 4 buildings (as provided on your screenshot), oak and coal production buildings cannot be build in this port
