RVR /Victory Mark/remove Lord Protector

We need some changes.

my idea:

you can buy a 1st rate permit with 20 vic marks a 2nd rate permit with 15 a 3rd rate permit with 10 and a 4th rate permit with 5 vic marks

 

you get a victory mark only when you win a pb vs players and not against neutral. remove the lord protector complete. the players have too make rvr too sail the big ships. 

 

per captured port you have to get 1 victory mark. (after pb)

We had this system in place a while ago.

The result was people would do mock port battles and let a side win for victory marks.

The winners would also have a massive advantage and the loser essentially never recovered.

I don't think it was a good system and personally think that what we have now is better.

the new system with the combat medals isnt better. you can fight with your alt in a solo patrol and you get combat medals. with the combat medals you can buy ocean permit

and if you get caught you get banned...you can't make a system off a few bad players.  You deal with them by being strict on the rules of abuse in the game.

I'll clarify and say I don't like that part.

What I liked was you get victory marks every week, and you use those victory marks to construct lineships.

the combat medal system is something I am against.
