Trader Tool becomes Stock Exchange

Before it's too late and dev's wipe the very usefull Trader Tool away (as announced several times), I've got a suggestion to it:

Rename the Trader Tool to "Stock Exchange" and make it only visible in the capital cities. That's historically correct and so you will not remove the only tangible opportunity for traders to check purchase- and sellingprices in every part of the world.

The best solution in my opinion is, not to change anything about the Trader Tool. The worst would be, to wipe it away. So here, with my suggestion, I try to offer a good compromise - with an already existing tool, that only must be renamed (OK, it's a little bit more work for the dev's than this, I'm sure.)
