Ahoy H.R. Matey Posted March 1, 2019 Posted March 1, 2019 A while ago it was made so that if an shipyard is built in a neutral port, it has a higher chance of turning out a better quality ship. Does this still apply? I still don't have a shipyard since the last wipe and want to build one, but would like to know before I rebuild it.

People really should mention what server they are on cause if he's on PvP than the answer is no a clan has to own a port for it to get the cracting RNG bonus.

Mr Pellew Posted March 2, 2019 Posted March 2, 2019 The API has a Variable for Ports which is called: ImprovedCraftChance. It is set to TRUE even for neutral ports. @admin It seems you forgot to change that one to TRUE for the ex safezoneports (state API from 29.02) 1
Cetric de Cornusiac Posted March 2, 2019 Posted March 2, 2019 May I correct something here: the bonus is not applied to "neutral" ports in the meaning they don't belong to a nation, but to all minor non-national ports. The capture/recapture/ownership thing is not relevant. It just has to be a port which is not one of the national ones which cannot be conquered, and it is no free town either. So figure what is left on the map which fits that description. What flag it flies at the moment does not matter. No matter if PvE Peace Server or PvP War Server.
