one port over the whole server is a little small.  Sounds like Fine Woods 2.0 again.   You will have only a few strong clans controlling these resources and when it runs out they will just move to the next port and capture it and since other clans/nations can't get the woods they will dominate the PvP/RvR.

This wasn't the way we showed you how ot fix alts, this now means no one but the most powerful clans will own a port and control resources I remember you stating you where looking at spreading them out better.  This is not spreading them out better, this is isolating them to only the strong and the weak will never get a chance.

Ppl wanted ports to matter. They do now. So it can go to ways. Ppl will fight to get those ports. Think thats what ppl in general have said. So we should have lots of fights infront of us. Ore ofc ppl give up and surrender. But as admin said. This is a war server. The spoils go to the winner.

To stay in that Line @admin all ships bought from dbl, sould not be build from rare Woods.

sailing for and hour now and i didnt find any NPC in enemy waters... something is broke... and when i found it is a Huge fleet impsible to fight with 1 ship... @admin please bring more NPC to the OW... is super boring and time wasting sail for hours to find nothing to shoot at least near tumbado region

Jesus, man....  do some research.  USS United States was one of the sister ships of the Constitution.   If you're going to complain about everything, at least get your facts straight....

The British ships don't have HMS though, I'd say leave it alone, it's not that difficult to understand

@admin It is very nice to see the new flags added to the DLC. And I look forward to unlock the purchase-able flags as well.

However, could you please remove abomination that is the "King Battle Ensign" from the Swedish DLC-flags?:

All of the other flags in the DLC are (note that I haven't checked the newly added flags for all nations yet) at least semi-historical. Yeah, some of them were never used at sea, and others, like the Swedish "Union Ensign" and "Union Merchant" are about 40 years out of the timeline of this game. But do we really need to have this made-up, completely fictional, battlestandard for Gustav Vasa (dead 1560) in the game?

Unless, of course, you found some historical source for that flag that I haven't seen.

The reverse image result in Google for that flag is literally "Patchwork":

Sweden needed more flags.

well... after 2 hours sailing arround tumbado corrientes, and R zone of spanish and dont find any suitable NPC to figh with... i logged off... please can you add more NPC to the OW, not just big fleets?? small vessels, traders, groups of 2 and 3 friggates? ... so far seems to be empty...

for solo player, in small ship is a huge waste of time sail to find a fight and i dont want to work too hard to find some action in OW agains NPC...

On the basis of labor hours.

They are 2.5 times faster to generate.

Do we also have 2.5 time more labor hour space?

Is the new max labor hours 5k?

Which server are you in. There supposed to be a lot of bots and as we removed some from gulf there should be MORE bots in locations you described.

What about adding the Strahlsund flag, the Revel flag, and the Riga flag? These were all Swedish possessions in the time-window of this game.

Those would have been much better, much prettier, and much more unique flags without looking like patchworks.

How about you find them yourself and keep this info to your clan in secret- collecting as much teak as you can before big clans notice you?

i always play In pvp war, i sailed in between corrientes, mantua, baja, tumbado, las tortugas and those russians port of conttoy and mugeres... only saw brit fleets, and HUGE enemy fleet wich you can engage with 3rd rate or higher, but are prohivitive for solo players in small ships... ( trincomalee in my case) with the old model i would fight those but i tried in test bed and now is imposible or consume way too much time and reps, and the rewards is not equal to your effort, so that's why i sailed 2 hours for nothing

Yucatan in general is a 1st-3rd rate region. central america is a 3-4th rate region. 
To find targets for Trincomalee you have to move to areas where 5th rates sail. 
Baja is in West Cuba which is a spanish region and only spawns spanish ships (mostly 5th rates). 

5th rate regions are
Atlantic coast
Jamaica
West cuba
Upper Antilles
Central Antilles
South America

Same with missions. Missions are now region based. 5th rate missions are in those regions above

we will see how  A LOT it is, and adjust accordingly. The size of forests should be big enough to encourage clans to defend the port, and encourage attackers to take it. But not big enough to never end.

Could you pls answer my question how your typical solo PvE player is supposed to obtain rare woods now ?

admin hinted at admiralty, but they are not on offer there.

5th rate regions are

but you realize that would be a huge problem for new people right? and/or casual players who does not like missions and want a fight in OW agains NPC... it forces you to had a Group or sail big ships... wich may create another issue, more gank fleets comming towards those areas to farm those newbies... cause if you know where you go and what exactly you will find, those areas are GANK traps... im just saying add more random drops of Smaller NPC near other areas to not bother to sail for hours to find a fight and dont have anything nearby to repair or re supply your ship... west cuba is where i was and i didnt find nothing beside Brits... wich is really annoying...  perhaps not just 100% of them but a random ration in between 20%-35% should be fine or at least big ships sailing alone... 2 3rd rate are hard to fight as it is now even with a 3rd rate... now u take way too much damage with those Uber ships with Laser guided AIM who never fail and sail fast even desmasted to even bother to tag...

I think it is an awesome direction to take and a great foundation.

If someone extracted 5k wood a day it would take 200 real days to have it go away. That's a LONG time. Unless you can extract more than one clan delivery mission at a time.

1. The price for extraction should come down

2. The amount of wood is really high.

3. It's up to you how long you want to a forest to 'last' but it seems like a huge pile.

I was thinking something more like 30-60 days and even that is quite a long time in terms of gaming.

Admin, can you confirm if you can take more than 1 clan delivery mission for rare woods per day?
