You forgot to change the name of the PVP reward Connie. Should say United States now. Or you could change the reward to give us the new Connie. :P

Yet another new currency. Now we are at 4 different currencies, 2 monetary and 2 renown:

  • reals
  • doubloons
  • victory marks

This is a game breaking design imho. The whole game is based on "you gotta do K to get A, and do J to get B,  and do L to get C you need A and B to buy Z, or A, B and C to buy Y". It's too complicated and random. Rewards will never be balanced. While there might be huge inflation in one currency, another might be deflated. The game has no means to balance this (i.e. fixed exchange ratio). Odd thing is that PVE yields highest doubloon rewards and doubloons are required most for PVP/RVR ships. So PVP and RVR guys who want only best woods are forced to grind PVE mindlessly. Think of player retention. Please fix this before release. 

As said previously, I like most of the changes. But this one is a huge step back.

I don't know. It's basically a safe zone (sort of)
All battles start 1v1.
You can only attack the ship of your class and are safe from other classes.
Other classes cannot attack you. 

(Solo patrol results though are only counted for solo kills in the designated class- all other classes get their damage counted in the general patrol)

No. it's a proven industry fact that multiple rewards are better for games (unless they introduce 100s of them).

wow! I am awestruck by the sight of a huge grindwall. 

At 200 doubloons per NPC ship in average this is 375 ships you need to sink. At 10 kills per hour (if you find that many) this is 37.5 hours of PVE.

clans have 75 mln doubloons combined at their disposal RIGHT NOW.
we have no doubt it all will be fine.

In my opinion, it's an accessibility thing.  Solo PvP is more accessible to individual players, so it should be what they pass through first.  Further, there is a better chance of ad-hoc grouping if people "stage" in the solo area.

Some ships have the privilege to have their name on their name scroll and even to have it quickly changed to please certain customers while others definitely don't.

interesting concept.  I would say that 50k dubs is a little high.  maybe 25k per 5k wood.

alts cant buy resources in clan ports. they are only available for clan members and their friend list.
+ this is a war server. time to treat war server as it is. join forces in your nation and capture.

Seriously? How is that proven? Do you have a link to a study report or something? 

To me personally, 4 different rewards make me sigh and think of quitting. I just can't be bothered to be forced to do this in order to get that when I do not want to do this but would like to have that. Why is there no other way?

Why can't I exchange my doubloons for reals and vice versa? As in reality. Money is money, you have exchange ratios. Why can't I get rich trading (yields reals) and buy ships from there? A sandbox game should work with multiple ways to achieve what you want.

Sure, for big PVE oriented clans it will be fine. What about small clans? Those which tend to PVP? Check your data to see if the richest doubloon clans are PVP or PVE and what size they have. Please prove me wrong on this point ;)

My clan alone, while more casual, probably only has 100k doubloons. So only "worth" 10k wood which could be swallowed up for a couple lineships seems... steep?

Or maybe this is what you want.

Still feedback on a better priced fee is needed.

You already can. Other players buy and sell doubloons for reals and vice versa with player driven dynamic pricing.

LOL like the majority or a few clans?  Cause I don't know any clans that have that many doubloons on them right now.

one port over the whole server is a little small.  Sounds like Fine Woods 2.0 again.   You will have only a few strong clans controlling these resources and when it runs out they will just move to the next port and capture it and since other clans/nations can't get the woods they will dominate the PvP/RvR.

This wasn't the way we showed you how ot fix alts, this now means no one but the most powerful clans will own a port and control resources I remember you stating you where looking at spreading them out better.  This is not spreading them out better, this is isolating them to only the strong and the weak will never get a chance.

@admin i have something that annoyis me...
i found a OW battle inside the R zone of the spanish, 130 spanish br, 40br Brits side, im sailing a trinco and im Brit, but i cant enter the fight!!! for what reason!!!
im confused! also the battle was just started

But on the Other hand, how much do you need when the rest is sailing Oak/Oak with basic upgrades?

If there was a good supply situation it would work, but the demand is a lot higher than the supply. Exchange rates are ridiculous. Imho there should be a fixed exchange rate, or better: only one monetary currency. Even the late 18th century knew banks that had more or less fixed rates.
