Help, my game does not login :(

This was my issue years ago and I decided to download this game again cause I thought this would be fixed but its not. I get to server select, hit my character name and go to login. and I just get a forever loading. Nothing happens. After owning this game since the early days this still persists. Please help me. my IGN is Enzo Matrix.

Captain, could you please send a connection test report via Naval Action Steam Launcher (3rd option called "report connection test").

It seems that some ports required by the game are blocked by Antivirus/firewall
