Camera rotation problem

Hello everybody! 

Previously I played on my own computer, but fps was too law and there were crashes too often and specially to play Naval Action i decided to start using cloud gaming (parsec). But there is another issue: i can't rotate camera in the open sea. I can do it both in port and in battle, but not in the sea! I have checked it in some over games and rotation worked. Please, help me! Is there another option for rotating camera? with keyboard, for example?

Captain, have you tried to contact their support team? We have not tested the game for cloud gaming service functionality though, thus we cannot guarantee it is fully supported.

Thank you for your reply I have asked their support team, but they said that they do not know how to help - the thing is that camera works in most of the games, I also tried in Mount and Blade Warband, DayZ, Blackwake and the Witcher 3 specially to recognize is the error widespread or not. Talking about Naval Action it is also important to mention that camera works BOTH in port menu and (the most important) in the battles! But it does not work only in the open sea
