Ship gone

Hello everyone, i played naval action today. I started a battle with my rattlesnake heavy against a cutter. After 20 min I won by sinking the enemy. I got almost no damage and lost just 1 member of my full crew. After finishing i left battle as always. But this time my ship was gone! I got a mail that i got 3k insurance for loosing the ship, but you can get insurance only for a crafted ship and i bought that one from the admirality. I'm 100% sure that my ship didn't got sunk cause i got the message that i won the battle and i received some xp and money. I really hope you can help me! I want the ship or at least the money back

Did you go afk after you sank the cutter? Where did this happen?
