Confusing text

@admin please change these, they are confusing. 

Please write: Max Allowed Class: Rank 2 - 7

Problem - Targets(s) IX rank 2????? What is this? 

Write -- Enemy Ships: 1x (RANK 2)

Here is a problem, you say: (Max allowed class rank 3 or lower)  lower than 3 which means 2 or 1. That is wrong. 

Write: Max Allowed Class: Rank 3 - 7

regarding numbers yes but not regarding ship rates. A lower rate as a 3rd rate is a 4th rate

You have to be clear text says lower than 3 is 2. It doesn’t say rates, it says class. This is too confusing for new guys. Making it 3 - 7 is nice.

Nitpicking:

I would like to replace "rank X" with "X. rate", add the word "ship" and remove the word "Max". So "Max allowed class: Rank 3 (or lower) =>  Allowed ship class: 2. rate (or lower)

So integrated with OP suggestion it would look like: Allowed ship class: 2. rate - 7. rate.

I really do not like to see "(s)" in "Target(s): 1x rank 3". So if it where up to me it would just be "Target: 25x 1. rates".   

So I would en up with this considering my OCD/misspelling and the OP suggestion: Target: 3x 3. rates.
