Whaling in NA

I suggested implementing whaling as additional PvE/OW content as a form of more profitable fishing with hotspots etc. to promote PvP, privateering and pirating. 

@Powderhorn You said that would be a definite "no". Why is that?

Released Privateer makes one good point.  Another is that to make it actually worthwhile and good, you're looking at what is almost an entirely separate game.
