No. I posted 1 mission found in a port. There's plenty like that, mostly 6th rates . not designated ships.

Look, you can look with whatever mindset you want to the picture, truth is missions like that are out there.

That is the only reason I posted it. To show the possibilities, not the absolute certainties.

Sail and you shall find. Whine and you shall grow salty.

It is not intended for salty vets. It is intended for a new captains that may pass and read the words.

It's called feedback, maybe you should learn not all feedback is positive instead of being so damn 'salty' yourself every single time someone in this forum disagrees with something you say and you decide to post some silly ironic nonsense or whatever.

@Sea Archer totaly agree with you, mission rewards should be buffed like 5x or 10x times. Funny mission "go sink a 3rd rate in your 5th rate, I will give you 70 dubloons" lol

kill missions are the least rewarded. and thats okay as they artificially provide enemy vessels even in your nations territory. and sinking an oak 3rd rate shouldnt be much of a trouble in an indefaigable wih carronades

Strongly disagree. Kill missions aren't always in your own nations territory. There's very little difference in rewards between 1* to 3* kill missions, a lot of are from free ports. Even kill missions for 2nd or 1st rates still have laughable rewards and the ships themselves have already very poor drops. Why should traders reward someone with hundreds or thousands of doubloons when they can be sunk with a 20k real frigate from admiralty without breaking a sweat. And high ships rating kill missions have pitiful rewards when you need at least a decent SoL to take them on. Even 2v1 kill missions a lot of the time have pathetic rewards. You still have to risk a large SoL to attempt them, risking a 20k frigate can't be even compared to that. The chance of bumping into an enemy player, right now, while farming traders even in enemy territory is not very high if the farmer finds a slightly secluded area.

how far away are kill missions at max from the port they are taken in? you can take decent missions in county capitals. as long as thereis few people, ofc you will find a lot of traders. the amount of ow traders wont rise though even with more players, making it more risky and less rrewarding, while kill missions can be taken everywhere

Has something changed recently? ...or was i just extremly unlucky??

Didnt found a single Doubloon in my last 10 AI Traders... :(

...instead they were full of senseless (because too heavy) very cheap trading goods, so you came out with a win of 400 - 1.000 reals per Trader...
