help: Stuck on player selection screen

Hi guys,

Need some help - when I hit Start on the player selection screen it just sits on 'loading'.

I have done a clean install, and opened all of the required ports needed by the game. Not sure what else to do.

Also, do you have, by any chance, an option to temporary test the game on different source of connection (like mobile internet)?
