Training instances

I suggest the addition of training instances that can be taken as mission in ports anytime.

You can choose to be, either :

• alone in this instance to test a ship or to train your sailing abilities
• with a motionless target (wrecked Sol or smaller targets) to train your firing abilities
• against a friend or a bot but no XP, no gain, no repair, no loss.
