cross oceans (hours)
trade (hours)
find npc to get hunt mission chests
find pvp

too much time for not fun things

The only way I can justify the hours spent every night is the fact that I always have another screen open on another device so I can multi-task...anyone else do that?

Have 3 actually, 2 + the work laptop for alarms  

I do what you describe with plenty of multiplayer games ( except the 15 minute arena ones )

That's a long time.  You could watch 2000 movies or fly between London and New York 500 times. Over 2 years at a regular job, without taking holidays.  It's more time than it takes to build a dozen homes. 

But then again ....when it comes to ships ... it is a relatively short time.  Joshua  Slocum probably sailed for more that 20,000 hours in his 2 year journey around the world.  It could be that a single viking longship took 40,000 hours to finish.

Just think of all you accomplished ...and ,  after the wipe you can start all over again.

In my high times id easily spend 6+ hours a day on the game, now I got something along the lines of 0.5 hours in the past 2 weeks
