Ortac Posted November 12, 2018 Posted November 12, 2018 Does the better chance of crafting a "quality" ship in a capturable port still exist? 1
Thonys Posted November 12, 2018 Posted November 12, 2018 (edited) well after the update, i did not get anything special. they did not say it was removed, but id don't see any evidence it is still a great feature for doing it in a port outside capital. so i could have asked the same question. but if it still exists, its clearly a sign that the RNG is cjity and bullysjit at the same time. the only thing you can see extra (rng self build generated ships) is when you sell the ship to the shop and look where it is made of ... it is horrible that you can not see, when you crafted a ship whats the special build is made of. it's just like asking the boatswain if the special pump is in place and go look for it, and after 2 minutes he comes back to you and says we are in battle sir, i am not allowed to tell you any info on that upgraded feature for you to see... Slim McSauce Posted November 12, 2018 Posted November 12, 2018 does anything truly exists? I think that's the question here.
Wilhelm von Seydlitz Posted November 12, 2018 Posted November 12, 2018 I have built 7 ships since the last patch, 4 normal and 3 purple.

Vernon Merrill Posted November 12, 2018 Posted November 12, 2018 Just to add to the database: I've built 4 Princes post wipe. 2) In Rio Seco... Both Purple with added bonus 2) in La Tortue... Both Blue with no bonus I make no claim to know the exact chances. Just giving my personal observations.
