Crafting L'Hermione

I want to craft this ship but I can't find it on the list, nor the Wasa. How do I craft these ships or where do I get the blueprint?

Both are, at this stage in development, accessible as Admiralty Rewards, in the Admiralty screen in port ( White Building ) via the PvP tab.

There are no blueprints.

Alternatively the L'Hermione can be captured from the OW NPC.

I've gotten some pretty decent ones off the AI, but if you're wanting something highly specific you'll need to spend them dubs.
