Did Learnt Books Change With Patch?

Did we lose some learnt book-knowledges with the patch?
I seem to be missing the ability to equip some of the sailing skills, most notably Trim By The Stern and Winged Out Ballast but there may be others I'd not noticed. Can only use Staysails and Studding sails now (to do with sailing buffs).
Not sure if this is expected?

А написать в патчноутах, что переименовано, что выпилено ну вот вообще никак?

It seems that if a book was changed, then we no longer have it learned. Some books were changed, and I believe a few were removed, although I can't confirm that yet.

Ah OK. I think I had a spare Trim By The Stern in a warehouse, too, which I can't find now so that would make sense

Added "I" at start of 2nd sentence
