Exchange rate

Hello, please is this as it should be ? I had like 33mil gold and about 500 combat marks. After the update it converted to 1,5mil reals.

On the other hand, my friend had just 3mil gold and he got 370k reals...

Your conversion rate sounds about right?

Did your friend have a significant number of production buildings, crafting materials, etc?

I am waiting for compesation for all the buildings I lost, I have no income whatsoever because I can't get missions I can do, so I can rebuild my buildings.

Compensation for buildings in reals were provided within patch (directly into wallet), recently we also compensated doubloons for those who had shipyard (redeemables)

but the compenstion is far from enough to rebuild all buildings I cant even rebuild one shipyard to lvl 3

@Reorx Redbeard check your redeemables
you should have 6k dubloons per lvl3 shipyard in there by now

It's only, I didn't get these extra shipyard-doubloons. Neither in my redeemables nor in my warehouse. What do I have to do to receive them? F11 sent

@Ink I was on last night and I received no Doubloons for the loss of my lvl 3 Shipyard.  I have no idea if I got the right amount of reals, but I suspect if I didn't get the Doubloons, I didn't get anything else.
