we are not trying to attract casual crowd - sorry. And NEVER planned or plan to. in fact there is no place where we ever said this is a casual friendly game.

Game is 99% skill based.

I know none who is asking to play on empty servers and if it has to be more casual that is 100% fine.

This game is not even close to 99% skill based. NA is so gear based that it is next to impossible to make a tournament. I hope the coming upgrade patch fixes this.
