Lose 1.000.000 Gold Book not delievert.

At 6:30 09/25/18 Servertime I bought a Planking 4-5 Book in the Port Philppsburg from Atross with the Acc. Nondallson(Sverigen).

It  wasn´t delivered in my Warehouse. So I  lose 1.000.000 Gold and got nothing for that.

 

I did a F11 report but I couldn't read the number because it was only 1 sec on my screen.

At 6:41 servertime i try an Second report  and the number was seen for only 1 sec too. (for me not enove time to get this number)

I tried restarting the game already.

I believe that the F11 ID number is automatically added to your clipboard, so you can find it by pasting it in a document right after it is sent.

I dont get this F11 ID number anymore. I don´t know how to do it.  After 6h I close the game, I dont play this Game 24/7 , sorry..

Mayby its better to get a Mail from the F11 Report to safe all informations.

You have my game Acc name, the exact Server Time and the F11-report-pic is from the Philipsburg-Shop .

Is it posible to help with my porblem or not?
