Hotfix Paused, Crashed Steam and deleted alllocal NA files

Anyone else has this problrm, patch of hotfix crashes steam an on restart Steam wants to reinstall entire game?

Right click Naval Action in your steam library, go to properties, local files, click verify integrity of game files.  go through the process, usually works.  

For some reason I need to do this often with NA....no other games on steam are like that...
