Fleet Question

Gents:

I cannot figure out how to make a fleet. I've "purchased the capability to have a +1 fleet but cannot add anymore than one ship. I enjoy trading but need to have an escort for my merchant ship. I can't figure out how to do it.

Fleet 1 - adds one ship extra

Fleet 2 - adds a second extra ship

Fleet 3 - adds a third ship

 

When in port, right click any ship you want to send to fleet via de "send to fleet" option.

Be VERY VERY careful not to "dismiss" your fleet ships when you take them out of fleet, or they can be destroyed.  Always chose "send to docks" unless your docks are already full, in which case you'll have to make space.

How do you change the perks from +1 to +2 in the perks?
