John Hood Posted August 30, 2018 Posted August 30, 2018 So I took a break and wanted and came back to try the new ship out... Before I had a frame rate of 60+ frames... now I am between 30-40 and nothing on the system changed. It also works fine with world of warships (60+ frames) so its not the video card. Windows Task Manager shows that the video card is lingering between 60 and 70% so its actually not fully used. Now even more interesting I changed my Graphics settings from High to Low... and the GPU usage went down to 20%... amazingly the frame rate is not improving!
Norfolk nChance Posted August 30, 2018 Posted August 30, 2018 @John Hood Try this first, STEAM, go to Naval Action and RIGHT click Left click Properties Third tab “local Files” click fourth tab down select “VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES” Next, STEAM Top left Steam select, then select settings DOWNLOADS then select bottom tab “CLEAR DOWNLOAD CACHE” You’ll be asked to re-load into steam afterwards Hope this helps Norfolk 1
