Redeemable and Character Deletion

Hello Captains and admin,

This may be an odd question, but I was wondering if one could keep the DLC redeemable if one deletes the character. This is hypothetical, but here is what I mean:

John Smith creates a Polish character. John Smith buys the Hercules DLC. John Smith decides, "I don't like the Poles" and deletes character. John Smith then creates a Russian character. Will John Smith's Hercules redeemable be waiting for him as a Russian?

Permanent redeemables are account linked, as opposed to character linked, unless that has changed recently.

DLC redeemables are tied to account, not to a character, thus you can activate it on any character.
