Name change item doesn't work.

It gives me the message that it will change after maintenance and the cooldown is set to 29 days. 

Yet when I log in the next day after maintenance the old name is stil there. And the cooldown is gone.

So I guess that is a bug of sorts?

It resets after maintenance and no names were changed.

It worked in D-N, not in Spain. Back to basics is my thing now. Most still adress me as that
