Nation A sails to Kpr to kill British,Nation B sails there too and goes to attack Nation A player so Nation A player sails to The capital reinforcement area and cannot be attacked by Nation B anymore even though it’s not the capital of either player.

Herc is only temporarily OP. It will change. Stop crying :)

They said the same shit about the wasa.  It took 6 months to balance it.  Some would say it’s still not balanced. 

You have more faith than I that they’ll balance the herc.  They won’t.  

No premium ships in PBs please.

  • MAIN Feature Open world UI updated to a new version.
    • Open world UI will update to a more traditional MMO window based system.

  • Rules of Engagement (ROE) changes
    • For reinforcement zones
      • Battle is always open for the nation of the reinforcement zone
      • Battle closes in 10 minutes for all other nations (not owners of the reinforcement zones)
    • For Capital waters
      • Nation of the capital water cannot be attacked as before
      • All other nations can be attacked (removing unnecessary protection for enemies). This means that other nations will not be protected by your capital waters. 
      • Battles of other nations in capital waters will be open to all

Great to see this! Will help retain some membership of casual and new players a bit better.

  • Smuggler flag removed
    • Trader ships now have automatic smuggler flag and will be able to enter any port in the Caribbean
    • Player in the combat ship wont be able to enter enemy ports
    • You will now be able to switch ships in enemy ports if you have an outposts and docked ships there (to remove weird lockouts caused by legacy rules
    • Military ships can now sail out of enemy ports to remove lockouts if your port was captured or changed state from open to all. 
    • Exit from enemy and contested ports gives you a 30 min port battle lockdown
    • Free for all ports do not give the port battle timer.

Sweet! This will definitely help out casual players who come back to find they have ships stuck in ports previously owned by their nation.

Looking to be a far better patch than I expected. Hopefully it can bring back some players that are waiting to come back and some people that were waiting to purchase the game till it was more visually pleasing.

Open for the whole 90 min? That makes no sense. Should only be the case for battles against the nation "owning" the reinforcment zone (if even that)

With Hercules and Le Requin pay for win will be introduced into game. There is no chance to win shallow water PBs against those ships.

You offer a temp fix, I'd rather wait for a solution 😎

The patch looks great, not everything can be fixed by 2 developers in one patch. I'm surprised they are patching this much stuff.

I'm no expert on the in-game USS Constitution, I may just be seeing things.. Is that a different/updated Constitution model than we have atm?  I feel like the tumblehome is much more prominent on this screenshot than what I remember. Haven't played for a while so I'm not sure..

The biggest Problem is this fucking  joining circle . 

5 Enemy are joining North,  5 east , 5 south and 5 West. You  cant do a shit .

We need 2 joining circle.

This is a bad idea due to a few reasons:

  • due to visual bugs you sometimes miss an attack since your computer shows your position incorrectly
  • sometimes a quick change of target is required - eg. when you chase a port battle fleet, or when BR failed. Introducing cooldown will be very irritating in such situations and will limit amount of combat in OW.

Trading at sea, outside of port, is a great idea.  Please allow it between all nations.  A player should also be able to move items between his/her ship and fleet ships, outside of port.

Cross nation trade at sea only when solving alt problem.

Cannot be attacked in the capital waters area (directly outside the nations capital).

Clans have already the power. Big clqans can decide who is friendly to them. So if yours is not, you can not participate in PB, if your clan is too small to attack an enemy port, you can not participate in PB.

Your image shows a weak team, mortar brig, brig, niagarra vs heavy rattlers and hercs. 

MY suggestion balance

Rattler HEavy vs Herc

Niagarra vs La requ

Premium ship will respawn after cooldown as note for free but just ship

Hello Capts. and Admin,

Like the up and coming patch.

Admin, can we get a trader version of the Le Requin. Though the hold is small it would make an awesome smuggler. And maybe the hold could be somewhat dynamic in size, for every cannon you do not carry you get that much more tonnage for your hold. Just an idea.
